day 50th... of spartan's training..

it has been 50 day i concentrately focus working out and yeah, i feel really good so far...
yep, this is my shape now... n now i am resting due to my leg injury..

yeah, she's gone for a month plus. feel empty, but life goes on yea? i dedicated the song "sempurna" by andra n d backbone to the person who left me.. when i am in needed... i m lost indeed..

hey, m gunna cut my hair soon.. wish me luck with new image, new hairstyle, new guide, new ambition... new life i must say...

this is one of my favorite buddy in the industry. with brilliant skills of doing jokes, he's one of the humor maker to me. ambitious and generous with advice and giving hope when u are down..
yeah, Azfar.. the beaten ONE IN A MILLION season 1 participant. He was the top 5 as i remembered, and he didnt win... but he's the coolest among the 5..

it has been very long i m not writing here.. i mean, typing...
yeah, new year is here again.. its 14 days already matey.. things gonna be great this year, i guess... busy bee.. yeah.. m continueing my classes.. guess what.. i m starting today... just finish first class at 1030... started earlier at 830... wow!!!

M gonna released my 2nd album tho... yeah... cant wait.. maybe on my birthday.. a gift for myself... hehehe... i need to loso weight sum more... darn... hope i can make it by that time... hehehe...
